Vantage Škoda Morecambe were great because Luke listened to my original telephone enquiries re the car and rang me back promptly with all the answers leading to my visit to the store. I found Jack very welcoming and Luke to be welcoming, friendly and professional. Luke was attentive and explained everything clearly and knew his facts about the car. Had a test drive too. Luke delivered the car to my home and the handover was as smooth as the purchase.Brilliant experience! I will go back after this experience. Thanks to Luke and Jack!

From the start of our enquiry the sales person Jack was extremely professional and extremely helpful. He answered all the questions we had about the car and nothing was to much trouble for him.
He kept us fully informed and upto date with all aspects of the car and the purchase.
When we went to test drive the car on the Saturday Jack could not have been more helpful.
We decided to purchase the car and Jack made sure that all the documentation and tax were sorted out there and then.
He also informed us that some of the speakers in the car were not working and they had ordered the part and would be in touch in about 6 weeks which was not an issue for us as we felt that this would happen as told to us by Jack.
All in all a first class experience from vantage and Jack.
